Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression
We offer GSA certified PMVA training for staff who work in violent/aggressive environments such as secure mental health settings.

People Movers and Manual Handling
This course will provide you with an introduction to safe approaches to manual handling practices so that you know how to carry out an individual risk assessment, use equipment safely, reduce the likelihood of developing musculoskeletal disorders and always keep your service users’ comfort and safety at the forefront.
FIRST AID SUPPORT
First Aid Basic life support
The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. These regulations apply to all workplaces including those with less than five employees and to the self-employed.

At Wellspring Empowerment, we believe that creating an atmosphere of confidence and empowerment within your organisation enables it to reach its full potential.
